ILead Women brings together women from diverse sectors to mentor, uplift, and empower each other. The program builds a vibrant community where aspiring women leaders receive guidance, share experiences, and grow through digital platforms, exposure visits, and peer support.
This initiative is dedicated to advancing women’s leadership and creating a more inclusive society. It provides mentorship to young girls and women, connecting aspiring individuals with accomplished leaders across various fields like public policy, academia, art, literature, non-profit, and private sectors. The goal is to accelerate gender equality and empowerment by equipping women with skills, resources, and support. It aims to foster a supportive “sisterhood” where women uplift and inspire one another and aims to drive societal change and create a gender-inclusive future. It includes providing mentorship for diverse skills, such as graphic design, and helping organise Agamya events.
