Training youth to lead with integrity, empathy, and impact
Rising Leaders is a structured capacity-building program for selected youth from varied backgrounds. Through intensive mentoring, leadership training, and real-world experiences, participants are equipped to become agents of change in their communities and beyond.
This program focuses on training young minds in various aspects of leadership, including policy-making, governance, political and social leadership, and international diplomacy. It features a modular structure of 3 modules, each lasting 4 days, with all activities conducted in-house. Key areas covered include communication skills, how to write policy papers, marketing, campaigns, and identifying leadership styles. The program is designed for young people typically between 18-30 years old and offers both theoretical knowledge through guest lectures and practical experience through field visits and workshops. An internship program is also being launched.
